Roger Partridge
Chairman, Bell Gully
Roger Partridge, a litigation partner at Bell Gully, was appointed as the firm’s Chairman in 2007 after three years leading the firm's litigation department. He is recognised for handling large-scale litigation and in developing strategies for successfully resolving complex disputes.
He was elected as chairman of the New Zealand Business Roundtable in August 2010.
Roger specialises in company law and securities litigation, competition law matters and commercial contractual disputes. He is also experienced in banking and finance litigation. He regularly appears as counsel in major commercial matters in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Roger is the Director of the Legal Research Foundation, New Zealand’s leading private law reform body and is a member of the editorial board of the New Zealand Law Review.
